Will the tools be in working order?

Regular maintenance of our tools is essential to ensure their longevity, efficiency, and safety. This includes cleaning, lubricating, sharpening, and replacing parts as needed. Also note that some tools will be new or replaced and some used in good working condition.

Is the tool trailer GPS tracked?

Yes is it GPS tracked and that is why it's important that the trailer stays at the shipping address on the contract. If the trailer is moved during that period, the contract ends with no refunds and trailer will be picked up.

Do i get the tool trailer myself or have it delivered?

Unfortunately at this time they have to be delivered. No pickup will be accepted.

Can i tow the trailer around for different jobs?

The trailers are tracked with GPS location and must be at the physical place of the shipping address on the contract. In no circumstances must the trailer be moved to a different address for the duration of the contract. If another job is required then we complete another Bill of Sale.

What if i accidently break a tool

All the tools will be tested with the client on site before leaving your location. It is the renter's responsibility to properly handle them. If such damages would occur then the rental company would need to be repayed for the cost of the tool. Normal wear and tear is to be espected but accidental drops will not be covered. On the sign off of the inspection checklist, there is a dollar amount for each tool.

Is there locks or security on the trailer?

The trailer will have a combination door lock that will be changed every rental. There will also be a wheel lock and wheel choked as well. The trailer is GPS tracked also.

Do i need to clean the tools after usage?

Yes it is the renter's responsibility to clean the tools before returning them. By cleaning the tools we mean, remove saw dust, clean them from any dirt, wipe down drills, extension cords, etc...

Do i get a tutorial on how to use the tools?

Basic functionality of the tools will be explained on delivery. If you require further more we suggest looking online for videos and how to's or get a qualified person to help you.

What if i hurt myself using a tool

Is is the renter's responsibility to properly and safely handle the tools. In no circumstances shall will be held responsible if something like this occurs. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the contract

Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request anytime before 5 days prior to the delivery date. The cancel fees are 10% and it will deducted from your total price. There will be no cancellations or refund 5 days prior to your delivery. Please plan your project accordingly.
